Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive nursing services to women and their families. Visit clients in their home. Carry a caseload of 25-30 clients. Assess physical, emotional, social and environmental needs of the women and their families. Follow nursing processes and procedures. Maintain confidentiality and document accurately. Develop therapeutic relationships with the women and their families. Provide education, support and referral resources to assist the women and their families with attaining their targeted goals. Evaluate client progress toward stated goals and NFP outcomes.
Requirements
Experience: Nursing: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: BSN (Required) Current NJ RN license (in good standing) (Preferred)
